Heather Ayris Burnell

HEATHER AYRIS BURNELL is the author of over one-hundred manuscripts that have never before been seen by human eyes. She hides them in a big box marked ‘Caution!’ that she keeps hidden in a secret spot on her small farm located on a secluded mountain in Washington State. When Heather isn’t on the mountain she’s usually at the library where she works, dreaming up new picture book displays. Chances are high that you can find Heather fooling around on Twitter (@heatherayris) and you can always find her at her blog, Frolicking through Cyberspace. Heather’s debut picture book, Bedtime Monster, is published by Raven Tree Press.
