Heidi Aubrey
Heidi Aubrey graduated from Art Center College of Design, where she was mentored by a number of prominent illustrators, including Marla Frazee. She also studied classical draftsmanship at Gage Academy of Art in Seattle. Before launching a career in illustration, Heidi wrote and edited for a variety of publications, including the Los Angeles Times. She now lives among the trees just outside Portland, Ore., with her husband and a Pembroke Welsh corgi named Leo.
