Christine Kornylak
Christine Kornylak grew up in a tiny town in Ohio with two older brothers and a rotating cast of imaginary animals. As a daughter of a Korean immigrant, she writes stories that help young people find and celebrate their own unique voices. In her writing, Christine gravitates towards mavericks, misfits and rule breakers, and she enjoys imagining the world from their point of view. Christine graduated with a degree in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a law degree from New York University. She lives in Venice, California with her family of four. When not writing, revising, or eating chocolate, she enjoys rock climbing and exploring the mountains and deserts of Southern California.
