Karla Sy
Karla Sy is a Canadian writer and educator of Filipino-Chinese descent. She draws on her multicultural background to write stories exploring culture, identity, and family relationships. Karla graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international relations and economics from Tufts University and a master’s degree in international affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Karla lives in Vancouver, Canada with her husband and young son. When she’s not reading or writing, you’ll find her enjoying meals with family and friends, playing Rummikub, or exploring the hiking trails of British Columbia.
